Hire an AI paid search agent.

Give the everyday work in your ad account a dedicated agent. We build it around your offers, customers, campaigns, and budget—so it can review the data, prepare useful changes, and bring decisions to the right person.

Put an agent on the work that keeps coming back.

Choose the tasks that take time away from campaign decisions. The agent’s role can grow as your team reviews its work.

Review search terms

Review the search-term data available from your account. Group relevant themes and flag possible exclusions for review against the customers you want to reach.

Prepare ad drafts

Draft headlines and descriptions from your approved offers, service information, and landing pages. Give your team options to edit and approve.

Watch campaign spend

Compare reported spend with your plan and flag changes in pacing. Prepare budget recommendations with the context behind them.

Check what gets measured

Summarize conversion reporting and flag unexpected changes or gaps for investigation. Where connected data allows, bring lead outcomes into the review.

Example workflow

From a search-term report to a reviewed change.

An example workflow for a search campaign. Recommendations are reviewed before any account change is made.

  1. 1

    Read the available report

Bring together search terms, spend, and reported conversions for the agreed campaign and period.

  2. 2

    Explain the opportunity

Flag a possible mismatch with your services or a useful theme to investigate, with the relevant evidence.

  3. 3

    Prepare a decision

Draft a proposed exclusion, ad change, or further check. Send it to the person responsible for the campaign.

  4. 4

    Apply and record approval

A person applies the change, or an authorized connection applies the approved action and records the result.

Ambiguous intent, incomplete tracking, and changes outside the agreed permissions go to your team. A recommendation can remain a recommendation until someone is ready to act.

Your goals. Your accounts. Your decisions.

What a good customer looks like

Teach the workflow about your services, locations, exclusions, and business priorities. The agent needs more context than a target number of clicks.

What the data can tell us

Define the reporting sources, conversion actions, and review periods. Keep recommendations tied to available evidence, with missing information clearly flagged.

What the agent may change

Start with reporting and recommendations. If account changes are in scope, define the permitted actions, spending parameters, approvals, and conditions for stopping.

What goes into the build.

We scope the agent around specific campaign tasks. Your account setup, tracking, data access, and approval process determine what we build.

  • Campaign goals, account review, and a defined agent role
  • Supported account connections and reporting inputs
  • Search-term review and ad-drafting workflows
  • Spend monitoring and conversion-reporting checks
  • Approval rules, action records, and escalation routes
  • Testing, operating guidance, and an agreed review process

From the first conversation
to a working solution.

  1. 01

    Choose the campaign work

Review the account, the customers you want, and the decisions your team makes repeatedly. Agree on a focused starting role.

  2. 02

    Connect and configure

Confirm available access, prepare your business information, and define reports, approval steps, and action permissions.

  3. 03

    Review the agent’s judgment

Test against representative account data. Check its reasoning, proposed changes, and handling of missing or misleading information.

  4. 04

    Put it into the routine

Agree who reviews the work and how often. Monitor recommendations and any approved actions before expanding its responsibilities.

Questions before we start

Can it work with our existing Google Ads account?

We start by reviewing the account and the work you want the agent to do. Google Ads provides reporting and campaign-management APIs, but the available connection depends on account permissions, developer access, and the campaign features involved. We confirm those details before agreeing the build. Other platforms are assessed separately.

Will it change campaigns or spend money on its own?

Only within the permissions and approval rules agreed for the project. An agent can be limited to reading reports and preparing recommendations. If you want it to make changes, we define the allowed actions and approvals explicitly. The advertising platform’s own spending and billing rules still apply.

Does this replace the people managing our ads?

The agent takes on a defined part of the work. Your business still sets the goals, approves the offers, and decides how to respond to recommendations. It can support an internal marketer, an agency, or the person who currently looks after the account.

What if our conversion tracking is incomplete?

We identify what is being recorded and what is missing before using those numbers to guide decisions. Tracking repairs or a CRM connection can be scoped alongside the agent. Until the information is dependable, the agent should flag the gap and keep its recommendations within what the data supports.

How is the project priced?

The scope depends on the accounts, reporting sources, actions, integrations, and ongoing review you need. We set out the build and operating costs before work begins. Advertising spend is a separate cost. We also agree which results to measure and how your team will review them.
